ATLANTA — Manheim announced the addition of two new, dealer-facing features to the Manheim Express mobile app, both available now.
The first is a Recommended tab, a machine learning-powered tool designed to show dealers up to 50 vehicles based on their specific needs; the feature was recently added to Manheim’s webpage. The second is in-app access to the company’s offer management tools, which allow dealers to create, retract, and accept offers and submit and reject counteroffers.

“The goal of the Manheim Express buyer experience is to empower dealers to make fast, yet confident purchasing decisions, and we continue to up the ante on how we help them achieve that,” said Derek Hansen, Manheim’s vice president of Offsite Solutions, in a press release. “Managing offers in the app will give dealers increased flexibility to conduct business wherever is easiest for them, and personalized vehicle recommendations uses the latest AI technology to highlight vehicles that fit their inventory mix.”
