MarketQuiz™ has selected Stoneeagle.com to provide real-time, accurate and comprehensive data from the automotive dealership management system (DMS). This allows auto dealers to partner with MarketQuiz to implement daily targeted e-mail campaigns, market research surveys and prospecting surveys for their customers, as well as employee satisfaction surveys and detailed reports of results.

MarketQuiz helps dealers connect to their target audience through the combination of online survey technology and high-end analytical reporting. The company says it helps dealers lower their sales and marketing costs, while increasing revenue through e-mail messages that customers can view and respond to at their convenience.

“The ability of Stoneeagle.com to accurately and quickly retrieve DMS data is invaluable to MarketQuiz,” said Chase Fraser, president of MarketQuiz. “Since our system enables dealers to gather 60 percent or more of their customers’ email addresses, our programs allow dealers to slash their advertising budget, while seeing real, measurable ROI.”

The Stoneeagle.com Data Acquisition and Transfer Solution aggregates inaccessible data from all types of dealer management systems to drive and measure sales and marketing programs to applications such as MarketQuiz’s. Dealerships utilize their DMS according to their individual business practices; consequently, the data format is inconsistent across the market.

Stoneeagle.com collects DMS data, including sales, service, parts, warranty, inventory, customer finance and insurance information. Then, using a detailed audit process, the company repairs and cleanses the collected data. Stoneeagle.com provides automated data transfers of complete information on a daily basis to MarketQuiz using XML technology.

“A relationship between Stoneeagle.com and MarketQuiz will greatly enhance the way in which automotive dealers communicate with their customers,” said Cindy Allen, vice president of Stoneeagle.com. “Automotive dealers will appreciate the cost-effective online survey technology, advanced targeted e-mail campaigns and increased revenues they will experience using the MarketQuiz system.”
