Feldman Automotive Group
Michigan-based Feldman Automotive Group acquired four dealerships in northern Ohio and added two brands to its current portfolio.
The addition of Firelands Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, Firelands Toyota, Firelands Honda and Firelands Chevrolet marks Feldman’s largest acquisition to date, expanding its existing footprint in Michigan, Indiana and Ohio.
The dealerships will keep their existing names and staff.
"We are proud to welcome these Firelands locations, along with their outstanding teams and loyal customers, into the Feldman Automotive Group family,” said Feldman Automotive Group CEO Jay Feldman.
“Also, by introducing Honda and Toyota to our lineup for the first time, we are expanding choice and improving accessibility for all our customers, including access to those in Southeast Michigan as well. Our focus remains on delivering a first-class buying and service experience, and we’re excited to build on the trusted relationships these dealerships have established in their communities.”
The group now owns and operates 25 car and RV/Airstream dealerships representing 14 car brands and 33 RV brands. The group is also building a new dealership location for Firelands Honda with an anticipated opening in the fall.
Tim Lamb, president and director of Tim Lamb Group's Northeast region, brokered the deal.
