Network Specialists, Inc. and Stoneeagle.com Form Alliance
Network Specialists, Inc. (NSI) and Stoneeagle.com, Inc. announced an alliance where both companies intend to fully integrate their products to provide a complete financial management solution for independent automotive dealers. This solution will be available to independent automotive dealers needing accounting, F&I and payroll capabilities to manage their dealerships, as well as an e-business platform for dealers to price, configure and contract service contracts and extended warranties.
NSI’s AutoPro offers a dealer management system, allowing independent dealers to have the same tools as franchise dealers. Utilizing AutoPro’s new-generation ASP model or its more traditional PC based offering, dealers now have a solution.
"An alliance between Stoneeagle.com and AutoPro will greatly enhance the way in which service contract providers offer products to independent automotive dealers. Their customers can finally benefit from insurance products that protect their purchase because service contract providers will now have the ability to reach them in a more cost effective manner. AutoPro and Stoneeagle.com have created a simple interface to take difficulty and risk of error out of the process," stated Bobby Allen, president of Stoneeagle.com.
In addition to integrating products, the two companies will engage in joint selling and marketing activities under a revenue sharing model that has been put in place.
"Our relationship with Stoneeagle.com is a giant leap forward for the independent automotive marketplace. AutoPro and Stoneeagle.com will now provide independent automotive dealers with a low cost DMS and a valuable new revenue source, service contract providers with incremental revenue, and car buyers with valuable purchase protection products. Additionally, AutoPro will be offering our dealers the ultimate in reporting through our integration of Stoneeagle.coms’ reporting capabilities allowing dealers to measure and manage profitability – a win win situation for everyone involved," added Will Claren, president of NSI.
