LOS ANGELES — Nowcom, a provider of dealer management solutions, has released a new Web-based dealer management system, DealerCenter 7, a full-featured DMS offering increased accessibility and security.
The program’s new features include inventory management with vehicle history reports by AutoCheck and booking services by Kelley Blue Book, NADA and Black Book. The news system also provides access to credit reports from Experian and TransUnion.
DealerCenter 7 also features a full F&I suite in which users can maintain their buy-here, pay-here accounts and print plain paper contracts and forms provided by Wolters Kluwer Bankers Systems. Additionally, users can manage their online advertising through integrations with Autotrader.com, Cars.com, and Nowcom’s dealer Websites.
“Moving to a Web-based application will make us much more agile as a company and allow us to develop and release new products and services in step with the demands of a rapidly growing user base,” said Rufus Hankey, president of Nowcom.
The system also allows users to run their entire dealership remotely, or anywhere there is an Internet connection. Nowcom also hosts DealerCenter 7 on its services, providing dealers with another layer of data security, as well as unlimited document storage at no additional cost.
Nowcom is currently migrating Dealer Desktop users to DealerCenter 7 and will continue to offer training and support for Dealer Desktop through the end of the year. New dealers can sign up for a 30-day free trial at www.dealercenter.net.
