PowerSport Xpress Management Launches Web-based DMS
PowerSport Xpress Management, provider of a Web-based dealer management system, has released the VehicleXpress Dealer Management System (DMS).
SYRACUSE, N.Y. - PowerSport Xpress Management, provider of a Web-based dealer management system, has released the VehicleXpress Dealer Management System (DMS).
This web-based program will allow independent auto and powersports dealers to gain efficiencies throughout their business with the tools and documents they need to make sales. Optional integration with the XpressCredit indirect lending platform will allow dealers to receive on the spot financing decisions from lender partners.
The VehicleXpress DMS gives dealers instant access to their inventory, customers, branches, employees and deals. The system allows dealers to control their accounting, billing and collections, compliance and regulations as well as offering a comprehensive library of forms and reports.
The VehicleXpress DMS was designed to accommodate the small independent dealer but has all the capability required by large franchise dealerships. Dealers can also work with lenders across the nation in a comprehensive system that handles all of their F&I needs. The VehicleXpress PS version has features specific to the powersports industry with an additional parts & service component for tracking those functions throughout a dealership.
"I’m very excited to be leading the sales effort for the VehicleXpress DMS because its features and functionality take it above and beyond the traditional DMS, making it very cost effective to the dealer," said PowerSports Xpress Management general manager, JoLynne Abdallah. "The dealers that have adopted the platform comment on its ease of use, its comprehensive interface and the cost savings they'll see when using the available tools."
Key features of the VehicleXpress DMS include: Inventory management with VIN decode, book values and vehicle history, customer management and desking tools, BHPH module, warranty and service repair tracking, electronic submittal of loan applications, print window stickers and DMV documents, uploads to AutoTrader.com and Cars.com and interface with QuickBooks.
