‘So You Think You Can Do F&I’ is a live role-play contest taking place at the 2026 Ethical F&I Managers Conference.
LAS VEGAS – Organizers of Ethical F&I Managers Conference announced the 2026 event – scheduled for April 13–15 at The Cosmopolitan Las Vegas – will feature a refreshed version of the classic ‘So You Think You Can Do F&I’.
‘So You Think You Can Do F&I’ is a live role-play contest where selected finalists will take to the stage, and each will be presented with the same, preplanned, real-life F&I scenario, with their competitors sequestered out of earshot.
The F&I scenario may consist of a presentation, an objection, a disruptive customer or any other daily occurrence that happens in the F&I office. Once all the finalists have done their role-play, the audience will vote for a winner.
To enter the contest, ahead of the event interested attendees are required to submit a financed deal menu with product presentations demo video.
Requirements include:
No more than 5-minutes in length
Use your current menu setup and available products:
Single Column

Does not need to involve another person as a customer; speak to the camera as though it is the customer

Selected finalists will receive the following and be included in the live finals at the event on April 15:
