Quantech Software released an enhanced version of Q-GPS 2.2.0, a lead management and customer relationship management system.
The enhancements include expanded trade appraisal tools, more accessible reporting, additional manager tools and click-through functionality on the sales dashboard. “The new Q-GPS features are making it easier for sales staff and managers to be more effective,” said Mike Martin, general manager of Quantech.
The trade appraisal tools have been expanded to include trade details screens for powersports and recreational vehicles, as well as cars and trucks. In the setup area, dealers can enter a set of features based on the type of trades they deal with, or use the generic values provided by Quantech. They can also print a blank trade appraisal form, which can be used when taking trade information from a customer away from a computer.
Another enhancement is the custom sales slips, which match the dealership’s configuration, are now printable from Q-GPS. “They are the perfect prospect information gathering tool,” explained Martin. “Users can print sales slips with their dealership’s most recent configuration values whenever they need them.”
Improvements also have been made to the manager tools in Q-GPS. In addition to simplifying the 19 Excel-based reports, all of the Q-GPS reports and alerts have been separated into four tabs (e-mail reports, text reports, excel reports and alerts) making it much easier to find the right report.
Q-GPS now shows managers who’s using it, and who isn’t. “Getting sales staff to use lead tools is one of the biggest challenges a manager faces when implementing any CRM or lead management system,” said Martin. “Now, managers can tell when the last time a salesperson logged in, as well as how times he or she logged in.”
Quantech said all current Q-GPS users will automatically receive the new version of the lead management/CRM program at no charge.
