RoadVantage Wins its First Dealers’ Choice Gold Award
F&I program product provider RoadVantage has won its first Dealers’ Choice Gold Award. The company was selected by readers of Auto Dealer Monthly.
AUSTIN, Texas — RoadVantage, an F&I program product provider, has won its first Dealers’ Choice Gold Award as the company completes its fourth year of rapid growth and innovation.
“It is a distinct honor to receive this recognition from our dealers,” said Garret Lacour, CEO of RoadVantage. “We founded RoadVantage four years ago with the mission to build a better F&I company, and this award indicates to us that we’re heading in the right direction.”
Other indicators of progress include RoadVantage sales and revenue numbers, which continue to climb: RoadVantage reported a 260% increase in sales volume in April 2015 vs. April 2014. This follows a 200% increase the previous year.
Earlier this year RoadVantage introduced True Coverage, a new approach to F&I that reduces exclusions and simplifies contracts, as well as a compliance management solution for dealers.
RoadVantage also announced the successful completion of its first SSAE 16 (SOC 1) audit last month, which the company pursued in order to reinforce its commitment to excellence amid rapid growth. The audit was conducted in accordance with the AICPA SOC reporting standards by SSAE 16 Professionals.
“Having two former mega dealers on our executive team helps drive our commitment to superior service for our dealers and their customers,” said Michael Scotty, senior vice president of business development at RoadVantage. “Currently, 97% of RoadVantage claims are approved in eight minutes or less. We work hard to maintain these numbers because we want to ensure success for our dealers.”
Elected exclusively by automotive dealers and dealership personnel, the Dealers’ Choice Awards recognize the industry’s best providers. To qualify for an award, a company must be among those that scored above the group average score in each category. Providers were rated in four areas: the product/service provided, customer support and service, overall value, and whether the dealer would recommend the provider.
