Sherman, De Palma Join LotLinx as VPs
Former R.L. Polk executive Bob Sherman and former CallRevu executive Kim De Palma have joined LotLinx as the company prepares to expand.
CHICAGO — LotLinx announced the addition of two new members to its executive staff. Bob Sherman, formerly of R.L. Polk & Co., has been named vice president of enterprise business development. Kim De Palma, late of CallRevu, joined the company as vice president of enterprise partner development. Both join at a critical juncture as LotLinx begins to roll out its AI-driven TURN platform to dealers across Canada, offering VIN-specific targeting and a level of transparency never before seen in the marketplace.
Sherman has been in the automotive sector for nearly 25 years, with a focus on data for marketing and attribution purposes. The LotLinx announcement credits him as a major driver of success at Polk (which was acquired by IHS Markit) and responsible for approaching third-party companies to sell data back into the marketplace and stated that Sherman has a track record for successfully placing different automotive vendors together to form lasting partnerships.
DePalma has expertise in automotive dealer communications and has been tasked with brokering strategic partnerships with dealers across the U.S. and Canada. Prior to joining CallRevu, she was director of conference operations for Digital Dealer, developing a robust contact network while supporting events and creating solutions that increased the company’s market share, customer retention and profitability, according to the announcement.
“We’re pleased to be adding Bob and Kim to our team. I’ve worked with Bob and he has a true understanding of the attribution challenges today’s dealers face,” said Eric Brown, president and CPO of LotLinx. “Our technology is at the core of many successful dealers’ marketing plans, and as we move toward bringing our automotive AI technology to Canada, they will both be key in generating new customers and helping solidify our North American reputation.”
