"With Michael's experience and expertise in the market, we are excited about building this ground floor program to truly position our company as a leading-edge F&I provider in the coming years," says Jay Sharpnack, Senior Vice President at SAC. "Mike is a perfect addition to lead our commitment to building an online platform, F&I academy, and in-store income development program that will position us as a company to provide agents and dealers with all of the tools that they need to be successful in this evolving marketplace."

In today's world of online convenience, it needs to be supplemented with thorough training to ensure a positive experience for the customers. This is just another example of SAC's commitment to their customers, agents, and dealers having a successful relationship.

"We recognize that our partners needs and expectations are varied, and we are in a position to offer our training and development services in multifaceted ways to fit the dealer's expectations and demands in their F&I partner" says Connelly.

Smart AutoCare has reached multiple milestones since being acquired by Fortegra. This vertical alignment has allowed SAC to have access to a vast knowledge base regarding consumer products. With Fortegra’s 40 years of experience in the consumer products market and SAC’s 30 years in the automotive protection business, they are now a vertically integrated powerhouse.

Smart AutoCare plans to share more this year about their cutting-edge training program at Agent Summit.
