Automotive Amplifiers Contest Entry Window Closes Soon
The annual Reynolds and Reynolds contest highlights automotive dealership innovation and impact.

Reynolds President and acting CEO Chris Walsh says the contest highlights recognizing people who shape the future of retail automotive through smarter processes, better engagement and continuous improvement.
Reynolds & Reynolds
The Reynolds and Reynolds Co. reminds auto dealership professionals that the deadline to submit entries for its 2026 Automotive Amplifiers Contest is quickly approaching, the submissions deadline on June 22.
Now in its third year, the contest continues to spotlight innovative ideas from dealership personnel across the United States. Open to all roles and independent of technology platforms, the contest reinforces Reynolds’ commitment to helping dealerships modernize operations, improve the customer experience, and drive measurable results through innovation.
“Innovation is at the core of how dealerships stay competitive and deliver better outcomes,” said Reynolds President and acting CEO Chris Walsh. “Automotive Amplifiers is about recognizing individuals who are not only adapting to change, but actively shaping the future of retail automotive through smarter processes, better engagement, and continuous improvement.”
Contest participants are encouraged to submit best practices that enhance efficiency, strengthen customer relationships or unlock revenue opportunities. Finalists will be invited to present their ideas at Reynolds Retail Summit: Amplify 2026, where collaboration and knowledge-sharing take center stage.
Past participants have emphasized the power of collaboration and shared learning in driving meaningful improvements in their dealerships, from digitization initiatives to process optimization and customer engagement strategies. The insights reflect a broader industry shift toward connected, data-driven operations.
Entering the contest is simple. Participants can submit their ideas via the Automotive Amplifiers Contest web page. Finalists will present their best practices at Amplify, where they will engage with peers, industry leaders and independent judges.
Five finalists will receive a VIP experience at the summit, including travel, accommodations, and full access to workshops and sessions. Two winners will receive a $5,000 charitable donation in their name, along with recognition for their contributions to advancing dealership innovation.
“We know there are individuals in every dealership who are driving real change,” Walsh added. “Automotive Amplifiers gives them a platform to share their ideas, inspire others, and accelerate innovation across the industry.”
