AUSTIN – SMART Payment Plan has been utilizing virtual sales and training in conjunction with in-person sales and training since 2009. SMART is now offering dealers, sales managers, finance managers, and Agents virtual sales and training sessions multiple times per week during the COVID-19 crisis. “Leaders use challenging times as opportunities to improve and we are seeing many leading dealers, sales managers, finance managers, and agents using this time to learn about the value of offering lower and easier payments that match customers’ paydays,” said CEO David Engelman.
It’s a time for getting better so our businesses are stronger when the economy reopens and vehicle sales return to prior levels.
“Now is not the time for complacency. It’s a time for getting better so our businesses are stronger when the economy reopens and vehicle sales return to prior levels,” said Engelman.
Engelman said although vehicles sales are slow or have stopped in some states, sales and training activity for Dealers and Agents has been brisk. “Optimism is slowly returning and leading Dealers and Agents want to be better equipped for serving customers when shelter-in-place orders are lifted and customers return to dealerships,” Engelman concluded.
SMART’s training modules include “Offering Lower and Easier Payments on First Pencil, Using Lower and Easier Payments to Sell More Ancillary Products, and Helping Dealers Offer Lower and Easier Payments.” For more information on SMART, visit www.SmartPaymentPlan.com/dealers or contact Angellini Anderson at 949.283.3101 to schedule training sessions.
