Social Media App Provides Real-Time Alerts to Dealers
Digital Air Strike releases a mobile extension to its Social Logix reputation management system. The new offering allows dealers to respond instantly to reviews or comments on 20 different sites.
ORLANDO, Fla. — Digital Air Strike’s new social media mobile app, designed to help auto dealers better manage their social graph and online presence, is now available to existing Digital Air Strike Social Logix customers using iOS or Android.
The app provides real-time alerts to keep dealers updated on social media and reviews site trends and changes. It also puts all recent social media activity at a dealer’s fingertips, alerts them to online reviews and allows them to respond instantly on 20 sites, including Cars.com, Edmunds, Google+ Local, Yelp, and Yahoo! Local.
“Our new mobile app simplifies life for dealers who are looking to more effectively engage with their online social community and manage their reputation,” said Tom Mohr, CEO at Digital Air Strike. “They get instant updates and insight into what is being said about their dealership and can react at a moment’s notice to reinforce the positive or address the negative.”
With the app, dealers have the ability to survey sales and customers daily and get instant feedback they can use to improve operations and easily respond to customers by phone or email.
