MINNEAPOLIS — Wolters Kluwer Financial Services announced that Solex, which provides technology for the RV and marine industries, will offer its Motor Vehicle and Goods and Services e-forms to RV and marine dealerships across the U.S.
Wolters Kluwer Financial Services Motor Vehicle and Goods and Services e-forms modules offer a comprehensive set of documents for motor vehicle lending and retail purchases, including retail sales contracts, motor vehicle title applications and other ancillary documents. Solex, which already offers Wolters Kluwer Financial Services’ Red Flags Tool Kit to its dealers, is providing the e-forms as another way to help dealers across the country simplify challenges related to compliance.
“Wolters Kluwer Financial Services’ e-forms cover legislative and regulatory changes affecting lending in all 51 jurisdictions,” said Steve Butler, president and CEO at Solex. “As we expand our geographic reach, the e-forms provide confidence that all of our dealers are using trusted compliance documentation.”
“We have been providing compliance solutions to the auto lending industry for more than 25 years, and are now applying that expertise to the RV and marine industries,” said Kevin Kopp, senior director and general manager of Indirect Lending at Wolters Kluwer Financial Services. “Working with Solex, we can help more RV and marine dealerships access compliance tools that help them sustain their business and better serve their customers.”
