SRS Appoints Holland to President of MPi
Service Repair Solutions Inc. (SRS) has named Rich Holland, the company’s former chief strategy officer, president of its MPi subsidiary.
LAS VEGAS — Service Repair Solutions Inc. (SRS) announced the appointment of Rich Holland, formerly SRS's chief strategy officer, to the position of president of its subsidiary, MPi, which provides vehicle inspection tools, processes, workflow and consulting to dealership service departments.
As chief strategy officer at SRS, Holland focused on SRS's forward-looking strategic plan and the company’s product management team. As president of MPi, Holland will be responsible for day-to-day operations as well as the execution and development of MPi's future strategic business plans.
"We are very fortunate to have someone with Rich's auto industry stature and experience assume the position of president of MPi," said Les Silver, SRS chairman and CEO.
Prior to joining SRS, Holland was the founder, solution architect and president of Arkona, and went on to negotiate the 2007 acquisition of Arkona by DealerTrack Inc. Through 2010, he served as DealerTrack vice president and general manager for DealerTrack DMS.
"MPi provides tools and solutions that significantly impact the dealerships profitability and customer service satisfaction; something that is critical in today's market conditions,” Holland said. “I am excited to be working with such a knowledgeable, committed and talented group of automotive industry professionals."
