Stoneeagle.com Unveils Accounting Adjustments Module to Enhance Dealer Summary Reporting System
Stoneeagle.com, a provider of Web-based F&I income development solutions, has announced the release of the Accounting Adjustments module, which the company said enables the automotive dealer to examine their financial position including any accounting journal entries or adjustments.
The Accounting Adjustments module is an enhanced option designed to track Accounting Adjustments, Chargeback’s 0-90 and Chargeback’s 90+. The module is supplementary to the standard Dealer Summary Reporting subscription-based service offered by Stoneeagle.
As an optional feature of Stoneeagle’s standard online service, the Accounting Adjustments module utilizes accounting data that is retrieved on a nightly basis from the Dealer Management System. The criteria established by the dealer is reflected in the Dealer Summary Reporting System, which is available 24 hours a day via a secure Internet connection.
“We’re excited to offer the Accounting Adjustments module as another important tool to help automotive dealers manage their information,” said Cindy Allen, vice president of Stoneeagle.com. “The long term viability of any organization depends on its leaders and managers having the information necessary to understand what is happening today and position the organization for what is likely going to occur in the future. Armed with clear real-time information, management is in a position to make rapid and accurate decisions.”
Stoneeagle offers the Accounting Adjustments module as an enhanced option. The company said its standard subscription-based service provides F&I dealer summary reporting to financial service agencies and automotive dealers allowing them to drill into current numbers and affect operating income in the current month rather than waiting for results that are entered manually or in handwritten logs.
