Subaru Chooses SIS as Exclusive Integration Services Provider
Subaru of America has chosen Superior Integrated Solutions as its exclusive provider of integration services to facilitate data exchange between Subaru dealers and DMS vendors.
ISELIN, N.J. — Subaru of America has chosen Superior Integrated Solutions (SIS) as its exclusive provider of integration services. The company will facilitate data exchange between Subaru dealers and their DMS vendors.
Subaru chose SIS for its ability to support all of the automaker’s DMS providers. SIS is certified to provide integration services for 14 different DMS providers and provides it services to several OEMS including Ford and General Motors.
“We chose Superior because we felt they were the one company that could support all DMS providers and provide the level of support, service and security we wanted for our Subaru retailers nationwide,” said Brian Simmermon, vice president & CIO of Subaru of America.
SIS specializes in real-time data integration. Instead of updating once per day, SIS dealers can access their updated data as needed, officials said. SIS currently handles more than a million monthly transactions for Subaru dealers in the U.S.
The company works to ensure data security and stability for dealers, investing more than $1 million in its Tier III-hosted facility. SIS boasts SSAE16 Certified compliance with 2N redundancy and guarantees 100% uptime.
“Superior's investment in the technology we deploy sets us apart from our competitors,” said Phillip Battista, CEO of Superior Integrated Solutions. “Superior acts solely as a totally secure conduit between its partners and dealership clients and utilizes no internal data storage.”
