Austin, Texas — Teres Solutions Inc., a provider of direct and indirect lending software to credit unions and financial institutions, announced that more than 100 organizations are now using the SAIL lending software to manage their lending portfolios. Together, Teres Solutions customers processed in excess of $35 billion in loan volume in 2006.

Teres Solutions has also launched several important new product enhancements in 2006, including SAIL software's integration with Lenders Protection from CUNA Mutual Group. The integration makes it possible for credit unions to automate the approval of near-prime loan applications based on underwriting from Lenders Protection. Teres Solutions will continue to unveil new offerings in 2007 — some of which will be shown at its 4th annual user conference to be held on April 24-27, 2007 at the Driskill Hotel in Austin, Texas.
