The Impact Group Adds Rating Capability for CNA National
The Impact Group announced a new interface capability for CNA National service contract rates within the company’s new interactive FUSION menu program.
DULLES, Va. – The Impact Group announced a new interface capability for CNA National service contract rates within the company’s new interactive FUSION menu program.
Through FUSION, finance managers can quickly and easily transmit customized vehicle information from the DMS and access CNA’s online rating service through the FUSION application. This request will then return all available plans, terms, deductibles, and dealer cost information, allowing the finance manager to markup and present the desired coverage to the customer.
“The Impact Group understands the importance of a timely and efficient process as it relates to effective F&I practices and CSI in today’s dealerships. We are steadily committed to providing our users with the simplest, most streamlined, customized approaches to the customer presentation. Impact is pleased to announce this seamless integration with the CNA platform, as it is just one more tool to improve the experience for the finance manager, as well as the customer,” stated Mark Thorpe, president of The Impact Group.
