Warrantybynet and Experian Automotive Extend Business Relationship

Experian Automotive, an automotive information provider and Warrantybynet, an online provider of direct-to-the-consumer extended automobile warranties for over 50 different makes of new and pre-owned vehicles, have announced they have extended their business relationship.



Experian's AutoCheck, available at the Web site, www.autocheck.com, is an in-depth vehicle history service, says the company. AutoCheck searches through Experian's National Vehicle Database, a relational automotive database comprised of more than 425 million vehicles gathered from both public and proprietary sources and provides both consumers and dealers with information about hidden problems that can impact a vehicle's safety and value. AutoCheck says it ensures consumers that a vehicle was not previously stolen, salvaged; damaged in flood, hail storm, accident or fire; used as anything other than a passenger car; had its odometer rolled back; or more than a dozen other brand and title issues.
