Ford saw a healthy bump in sales last month, boosted by increased production of pickups, SUVs and electric models.
The Detroit brand’s overall sales jumped 22% year-over-year and about 8% over January totals.
Its F-Series pickup sales were also up 22% year-over-year to about 55,000 units.
Electric-vehicle deliveries increased 88%, though they still made up just 3% of overall sales.
Ford’s F-150 Lightning electric truck sales were also down from January due to paused production resulting from a unit catching fire because of a battery problem.
The brand bested other carmakers that still report monthly sales. Toyota deliveries fell 2.4%, and Honda’s were down 1.4%, while Hyundai’s jumped 9%, Kia’s 24%, Mazda’s 9% and Subaru’s 2%.
