7th Annual Non-Prime Auto Lending Conference Scheduled
The National Automotive Finance
(NAF) Association's 7th Annual Non-Prime Auto Lending Conference will
be held June 18-20, 2003 in Chicago.
A new crossfire session opens the conference on the afternoon of
the 18th. Following a format developed for the
Association's regional workshops, executives from auto lending
finance companies and dealerships will debate issues of interest to
the industry.
NAF Association's legal affairs subcommittee returns with the
informative and popular legal updates. Topics covered in the two
sessions include: privacy safeguards; OFAC list; product/payment
packing cases; USA Patriot Act; collection practices; and bankruptcy
law.
Technology affects all aspects of the non-prime auto lending
industry. Experts will lead sessions on web-based aggregators and
electronic contracting.
The program offers a wide range of topics, including identity
theft, securitizations, capital funding and starter-interrupt
devices. Economic forecast, used car outlook and highlights from the
Association's annual survey will provide valuable information to
lenders and dealers alike.
Exhibits, open throughout the conference, show the most recent
developments in products and services for the industry.
