Car-Research XRM, ADAM Systems Launch CRM Solution
The new data integration application brings all customer data under one solution, and allows for a seamless exchange between departments.
HOUSTON and SPANISH FORT, Ala. — CAR-Research XRM and ADAM Systems developed a web-based CRM solution for auto dealerships that helps increase revenue from sales and service, improves customer and service satisfaction index, and boosts the dealership’s gross profit, according to a March 19 press release.
Desked F&I deals and service appointments can be created in the Car-Research CRM and transferred to the ADAM DMS, which improves efficiency and avoids keying errors. A dealership also can consolidate all its departments through this solution, according to the press release.
The system exchanges information for dealership customers, vehicle inventory, repair orders, service history, service technicians and parts special orders.
“The integration built between these two companies is the best I’ve ever experienced,” said Robert Alvine, president of Premiere Subaru, Premier Kia. “No batch processes or routines to run. The data exchange works so well. It allows more time for my team to focus on serving our customers.”
