CNA National Teams Up With Reahard for Training
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. -- CNA National has partnered with Ron Reahard of Reahard & Associates to provide F&I training at its Scottsdale Training Center.
J.D. Power and Associates has recognized CNA National as having the "highest overall dealer satisfaction with service contract providers."
"We considered several options and ultimately decided that no one was better qualified to present the high-quality, consistent F&I training that our dealers need than Ron Reahard," said Joe Becker, chief operating officer of CNA National.
Reahard has shared his "Achieving F&I Excellence" curriculum with thousands of F&I managers at hundreds of dealerships nationwide. He is a frequent speaker at the annual National Automobile Dealers Association Convention and a regular contributor to trade publications, including F&I magazine.
"I'm excited about the opportunity to work with a leading company such as CNA National," Reahard said. "With today's focus on increasing both customer satisfaction and profitability, successful dealers know there is a direct relationship between innovative F&I products, continued investment in training, and improvement in F&I performance and profits."
Four-day classes for 2004 are scheduled monthly in Scottsdale through November. The first session, held February 9-12, was sold out with a waiting list. Attendance is limited and available to participating CNA National dealerships.
In addition to F&I training, CNA National also provides training for service department personnel and a roundtable for service managers. The next one-day session is set for March 19 in Scottsdale.
CNA National is a leader in providing service contracts to new-car franchised dealers.
