DFS Launches Upgraded MILES Website
Dealers’ Financial Services LLC (DFS) launched the redesigned MILES program Website, usmiles.com, which provides more information about DFS products and services, as well as better customer service for both its dealership and active duty military customers.
LEXINGTON, Ky. — Dealers’ Financial Services LLC (DFS) launched the redesigned MILES program Website, usmiles.com, which provides more information about DFS products and services, as well as better customer service for both its dealership and active duty military customers.
Visitors to the site can read about the company’s products and services, apply online for pre-approval, and select a dealership from our network of more than 500 certified dealers. They can also research a vehicle’s value, chat with a “live” customer service representative, and learn important vehicle purchasing tips for free.
Additional new and improved features on the Website include the ability to join the MILES mailing list to receive a newsletter and other important company announcements, directly input feedback online, and calculate an estimated loan approval amount.
“We are excited about the launch of the new usmiles.com. We made a commitment to provide our customers with excellent customer service and this new Website, with its latest enhancements and technological advancements, increases our ability to do so,” said Sherri Helmond, senior vice president of operations and systems administration for DFS and the MILES Program.
