Forest River Acquires Priority One Financial Services
Forest River Inc. and Priority One Financial Services Inc. announced that Forest River has acquired Priority One from its founder and president, Lisa Gladstone.
Elkhart, Ind. and St. Petersburg, Fla. – Forest River Inc. and Priority One Financial Services Inc. announced that Forest River has acquired Priority One from its founder and president, Lisa Gladstone.
Priority One will continue to be managed by Gladstone as founder and president and its current management team, all continuing to be headquartered in St. Petersburg, Florida.
Priority One, founded in 1987, is a finance and insurance (F&I) outsourcing company currently serving over 600 marine and recreation vehicle dealers throughout the U.S. Priority One provides all of the benefits of a professional, in-house F&I manager while reducing expenses, distractions and potential liabilities. Given Priority One’s size and scale, it is able to secure financing for more deals and negotiate better terms with lenders and insurance providers on behalf of its dealer partners versus an in-house F&I manager.
“Our acquisition of Priority One is another important step Forest River is taking to partner with our dealers to make them the most profitable, best managed and financially strongest dealers in our markets,” said Pete Liegl, president of Forest River. “I believe strongly that each of our dealers should consider developing a partnership with Priority One to help them close more sales, increase profits and limit liability.”
“We are very excited to join the Forest River team,” said Lisa Gladstone. “With Forest River’s market leadership and significant financial strength, we are now better positioned than ever to provide powerful solutions to our dealer partners.”
