RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif. –- Security Service Federal Credit Union has gone live with DecisionApp, an indirect lending platform administered by CU Direct Corp.
Based in San Antonio, Texas, Security Service is the 11th largest credit union in the United States. Its auto loans exceed $100 million each month in Texas and Colorado through its indirect lending channel.
By implementing CU Direct's online technology, Security Service has endorsed the concept of being part of a national credit union indirect lending network. Previously, Security Service depended on faxes to transact with dealers.
“DecisionApp is a force-multiplying technology that enables the credit union to expedite the review of more applications,” said Charles Goss, Security Service's vice president of lending. “Our dealer network now is Web enabled with a portal that we own, streamlining dealers' ability to submit our members' loan applications at their offices.”
