BROWN & BROWN DEALER SERVICES – Mike Neal, President of Brown & Brown Dealer Services (BBDS), is proud to announce that Joel Kansanback has been promoted to executive vice president at BBDS. Neal notes that Kansanback’s record of achievement and reputation within the company made him the ideal fit for the new role.
We know this is a people business, and we will ask Joel to make sure we continue to have best-in-class talent, training, and processes.
“Joel is going to continue his role as the leader at ADG, but also help in many, many other areas,” Neal says. “We know this is a people business, and we will ask Joel to make sure we continue to have best-in-class talent, training, and processes. He will give oversight to the western part of the United States as we look to continue our growth.”
Kansanback joined Brown & Brown in 2018, when his company, Automotive Development Group (ADG), was acquired by BBDS.
“I am grateful and very excited about the opportunity,” Kansanback says. “Brown & Brown Dealer Services has had explosive growth, and great teammates have been added along the way. I am proud to be part of this dynamic team.”
