Premier Automotive acquired Hyundai of Moreno Valley on June 5, bringing its dealership total to 35 around the country.
The newly acquired dealership is a business partnership between Troy Duhon, Vincent Castro and Jorge Clue. It's Premier’s 13th dealership in California and its second Hyundai dealership in the state.
Premier Hyundai of Moreno Valley will be under the leadership of Clue, who has over 30 years of automotive experience. Clue was born and raised in the Moreno Valley area and understands the needs, challenges and importance of giving back to the community he admires and loves.
“We specialize in putting dreams in driveways. As a leader in subprime financing, we are committed to helping everyone, regardless of credit challenges drive away in a gorgeous new Hyundai or one of our exceptional, quality pre-owned vehicles.” Clue said.
Hyundai of Moreno Valley’s current team will join Premier Hyundai as part of the acquisition. Premier Hyundai will continue to retain the existing service and parts department, ensuring a seamless transition for customers.
“I am thrilled for the team at Premier Automotive Group with their recent acquisition and second Hyundai store," said Randy Parker, CEO, Hyundai Motor America. "Our shared vision for excellence and innovation will deliver unparalleled value to our customers, offer exceptional owner experiences, and expand product offerings.
