DAYTON, Ohio -- The Reynolds and Reynolds Company named Rick Von Pusch as vice president of retail sales.
Previously, Von Pusch led Reynolds’ Northeast market as area vice president. He reports to Terri Mulcahey, whose appointment as senior vice president of sales and service was announced in March.
In making the announcement, Mulcahey said, "It’s an honor to name Rick to this important leadership role, and I’m thrilled to be working with him in our retail sales effort. He epitomizes our focus on the customer and our desire to see products and services through their eyes, understanding intellectually and emotionally what customers value."
"This is an exciting time to be at Reynolds," Von Pusch said. "There is renewed energy. A clearer focus. And, there is a visible commitment to the core strengths we have used to become the best in the eyes of our customers. I look forward to contributing in my new role and helping to lead part of the new sales and service group."
