Reynolds and Reynolds Recognized for Customer Service
DAYTON, Ohio -- The Reynolds and Reynolds Company was named Best Customer Service Organization by the American Business Awards program. It was awarded at a ceremony in New York on May 10.
DAYTON, Ohio -- The Reynolds and Reynolds Company was named Best Customer Service Organization by the American Business Awards program. It was awarded at a ceremony in New York on May 10.
The company beat out candidates of all sizes from all industries to win this honor. Office Depot, Marriott Vacation Clubs International and Humana Inc. were among the nominees in the customer service category.
Reynolds' Technical Assistance Centers (TAC) and engineering and support teams helped earn this award. At the TACs, service professionals respond to two million customer calls a year and support 11,000 in-house servers, 531,000 peripherals and 227,000 software applications. The TACs have received a 97 percent customer satisfaction rating and an 84 percent first-call problem resolution rating. The centers are located in Ohio, California, Georgia and Canada.
The American Business Awards, nicknamed the Stevies (from the Greek word for "crowned") are presented in more than 80 categories. The distinguished members of the board that selected the winners included Rick Karlgaard, publisher of Forbes, and Donald Trump of The Trump Organization.
