DAYTON, Ohio –- The Reynolds and Reynolds Co. launched Reynolds University (RU) Online, a Web-based learning environment. RU Online offers both free and paid training classes for F&I and other dealership departments.
RU Online’s interactive classroom provides multimedia-rich content and lets students interact in real time with instructors and each other.
The live demonstration classes are available at a per-class fee. More than 300 prerecorded classes are available for free.
Previously, Reynolds University offered on-demand tandem training, on-site training, on-demand telephone training and free Webinar application training. On-demand tandem training is one-to-one training delivered by a trainer via telephone and computer. The company is converting all on-demand tandem-training classes to the virtual classroom format.
Dealers want their employees to have access to a flexible, convenient and cost-effective learning experience, said Terri Mulcahey, vice president of Reynolds Customer Services.
As part of the offering, dealerships have access to a learning management system. The learning system recommends appropriate role-based training and tracks a dealership’s training history by employee.
More details about Reynolds’ online training is available at www.reyrey.com/ru/index/asp.
