Prior to joining SFG, Schlitz served as a vice president in the Portfolio Acquisition Group of BB&T Dealer Financial Services/Regional Acceptance Corporation, where she focused on business development and portfolio acquisitions. Before that, Schlitz served as vice president at FSB Financial, where she developed and managed credit operations.
