Toyotafinancial.com Offers Customers Account News, F&I Options
With user-friendly tools, improved navigation, and information on Toyota's finance and insurance options, toyotafinancial.com has become the first Web site dedicated exclusively to Toyota Financial Services (TFS).
Launched in July, the site offers both potential and present Toyota customers extensive information on Toyota finance and lease options, as well as vehicle protection products. Toyotafinancial.com is also integrated into toyota.com for seamless transitions between the two sites, according to company officials.
Lexus Financial Services (LFS) also has an improved site available through lexus.com, according to George Borst, TFS president and CEO.
"This exciting milestone is part of our vision for TFS/LFS to become a symbol of customer focused finance and insurance solutions," Borst said. "The Web site will help empower customers, reinforce our strong relationship with Toyota dealers, and strengthen our brand identity."
For current TFS customers, "My TFS Account," formerly the Online Financial Services Center, has been upgraded with a new look and added functionality to enable TFS customers to access their finance and lease accounts with a single login, according to TFS officials. In conjunction, "My LFS Account" on lexus.com also has been enhanced.
Other features available on toyotafinancial.com include:
- Detailed information on Toyota Financial Services, Lexus Financial Services, and various finance options
- Comprehensive information on Toyota vehicle protection plans, including Extended Service Coverage, Guaranteed Auto Protection (GAP), Prepaid Maintenance, and Payment Protection
- An online credit application program available in select pilot areas (Alaska, California, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, and Washington)
- A payment calculator to estimate monthly car payments
- A glossary that defines a number of financial terms
- Numerous links to assist customers in finding their local Toyota and Lexus dealers.
