CAR-Research XRM’s mobile CRM enables users to update accounts, access sales and service stats, follow up on leads and more from their smartphone.
HOUSTON — CAR-Research XRM announced the release of MobileXRM, a mobile CRM for auto dealers. Users can update accounts, access sales and service stats, follow up on leads right from their smartphone.
Every action is simultaneously recorded in the central CRM system, according to the company. MobileXRM will be showcased at the 2012 NADA & ATD Convention and Expo in Las Vegas, Feb. 3-6, at booth No. 3801.
