Vehix and Carfax Announce Further Integration
Vehix and Carfax have extended their partnership to include Carfax vehicle history links with every vehicle listed on Vehix.com.
SALT LAKE CITY — Vehix and Carfax have extended their partnership to include Carfax vehicle history links with every vehicle listed on Vehix.com.
“We are thrilled to extend our partnership with Carfax,” said Chris Satovick, vice president of business development for Vehix. “Deep integration of Carfax vehicle history data helps Vehix shoppers quickly identify the best used vehicles for their needs.”
Vehix automatically links Carfax Vehicle History Reports dealers run to their listings and identifies premium Carfax 1-Owner vehicles for online shoppers, according to the company. Once a visitor selects a vehicle that includes a free Carfax Report, the vehicle details page includes a brief summary of the vehicle’s history. Visitors also can click to instantly view the full Carfax Vehicle History Report.
As part of its CRM enhancements, Vehix generates a response to leads submitted through Vehix.com that include a link to the free Carfax Report, when available, according to the company.
“We include Carfax Reports with our used-vehicle listings because it’s the best way to quickly research a vehicle’s history,” said Marianne Chanda, director of business development at Enterprise Car Sales.
Future Carfax enhancements on Vehix.com include offering private sellers the ability to include a Carfax Vehicle History Report when they list their vehicle in Vehix’s classifieds section, according to the company.
