ALBANY, N.Y. — Auto/Mate Dealership Systems’ AMPS Dealership Management System (DMS) is now fully integrated with Xtime ServiceCRM, a cloud-based customer retention management (CRM) and scheduling platform.

Dealers using AMPS can now take advantage of seamless, bi-directional data exchange with Xtime Service CRM to improve customer relationships in their service departments. Xtime ServiceCRM can be accessed via a mobile device so advisors can turn online appointments into RO’s, send reminders via e-mail, text and more, according to the company.
