Reynolds and Reynolds will showcase new technology for automotive dealerships at the NADA Show 2026 in Las Vegas, with a focus on artificial intelligence and automation tools designed to support dealership operations.

Artificial Intelligence Takes Focus

Reynolds plans to introduce a new AI agent, Rey, which operates across the company’s retail management system. The tool is built on Spark AI, Reynolds’ unified data layer designed to address challenges caused by fragmented and inconsistent dealership data.

“Many AI tools rely on siloed data that is incomplete or inaccurate,” said Chris Walsh, president and acting CEO of Reynolds. “Spark AI allows us to unify that data, which has improved outcomes across scheduling, vehicle analysis, and customer communications.”

Rey is designed to be accessible to dealership employees across departments. The AI assistant can answer system questions, connect users with technical support, compile reports, analyze data, and provide operational recommendations.

At the show, Reynolds will demonstrate how its AI tools function across multiple applications and support different stages of the customer and employee workflow.

Automation and Industry Conversations

In addition to AI, Reynolds will highlight automation in dealership service departments, including demonstrations of Relo, a robotic parts-delivery system intended to support technician efficiency and productivity.

Reynolds will also record episodes of its "Connected" podcast during the show. Industry leaders and dealership executives will discuss current challenges and trends affecting automotive retail.

“Our focus is helping dealers operate more effectively,” Walsh said. “At NADA, we’ll show how these tools support that goal.”
