CHAPEL HILL, N.C. — 3 Birds Marketing has partnered with Toyota Motor Sales U.S.A. Inc. to offer its technology solutions to the OEM’s Toyota and Scion dealers, providing each store with tools to measure, track and improve its online performance and presence.

The software suite developed by 3 Birds Marketing consists of three elements: the Digital 360 Dashboard, 3 Birds Academy and Neighborhood Watch, an online reputation measurement tool.

At the center of the Digital 360 Dashboard is the Dealer Digital Evaluation, which tracks dealership performance in four key areas online: Google Search Engine Results Page, website optimization, reputation management and social media. The Digital 360 Dashboard is supplemented by an extensive library of training materials and other best practices resources known as 3 Birds Academy.

Neighborhood Watch gives a snapshot of the dealer’s online reputation in relation to competitors in the same area.

“I’m proud that Toyota has chosen the 3 Birds Dealer Digital Evaluation to provide its dealers with high-quality, actionable data for improving their digital presence,” said 3 Birds CEO Kristen Judd. “With today’s car shoppers conducting more independent research than ever, a positive online presence is one of the most effective ways of getting new customers through the door.”

Lisa Materazzo, corporate manager of media strategy and digital engagement for Toyota, added: “Throughout Toyota’s history, we have built our reputation on giving dealers the data, field support and tools they need to engage, win and retain customers. 3 Birds offers the tools and expertise to provide us with a clear understanding of what consumers see when they research our dealers online.”

Dealer Digital Evaluations was released to all Toyota and Scion dealers nationwide in early 2015. For more information, click here.
