Fort Lauderdale, Fla. — AutoUSA announced the release of PowerListings 2.0, a tool designed to drive customer engagement by connecting a dealership’s Craiglist listings to its Facebook page. The new solution also provides insight on consumer shopping trends and more.

“PowerListings 2.0 delivers in-market customers to dealerships that are effectively using Facebook to engage with customers, greatly increasing sales opportunities,” said Phil DuPree, AutoUSA president.

AutoUSA’s tool allows dealerships to manage their social media efforts through one system. It also is time-optimized to automatically post inventory on Craigslist when the most customers in a dealership’s market are viewing inventory.

“The feedback we have from hundreds of dealers is that PowerListings is one of their best ROI tools, with many click-throughs from customers looking at inventory on Craigslist,” said DuPree.

The solution allows dealers to equip their Facebook page with an inventory tab so customers can review inventory, add a comment or like a vehicle post. The system also connects the dealership’s Youtube videos to the dealership’s Facebook page. It also provides live market monitoring and reporting so dealers can gain a better understanding of customer shopping habits, trends and the effectiveness of dealership ads.
