Though the top five brands stayed the same, there was one newcomer to the top 10 brands in the National Automobile Dealers Association Dealer Attitude winter survey.
The Top 10 were as follows, with Cadillac replacing Audi in the 10th spot.
Lexus
Toyota
BMW
Porsche
Acura
Subaru
Kia
Mazda
Acura
Cadillac
Twice a year, NADA surveys its dealer members to gauge their sentiment toward the brands they sell. That produces a scorecard of sorts that reflects the relationship between manufacturers and dealers.
Respondents are typically asked to rate their satisfaction with the automaker's performance overall, as well as their readiness to consider and incorporate their feedback into business decisions.
