ST. LOUIS — Dent Wizard International was named a “Top Workplace” by the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. The annual list is calculated and compiled by the Post-Dispatch, a major metro daily newspaper in the U.S., in conjunction with WorkplaceDynamics, an employee research and consulting firm based in Exton, Pa.

Dent Wizard joins other major St. Louis-area companies, including Edward Jones, Monsanto and Drury Hotels, in earning this distinction. The other automotive-related businesses on the list are Lou Fusz Automotive Network and Safelite Auto Glass. This is the first year Dent Wizard earned the award.

“These employers — ranging from small businesses to some of the region’s biggest corporations — share key qualities: effective leadership, strong values, clear direction and motivated workers,” the Post-Dispatch stated in its announcement of 2017 winners.

“We are honored to be recognized as a ‘Top Workplace’ by the St. Louis Post-Dispatch,” said Mike Black, Dent Wizard’s president and COO. “Our business is driven by our 2,700-plus employees who serve every day. Our people are important to us, and this award speaks directly to the culture of our organization.”
