Family First Dealer Services Announces Enhanced Product Portfolio
Family First Dealer Services announced new additions to its F&I product portfolio, including a five-in-one combo product and an offering that allows car buyers to return their vehicle within 60 days.
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. —Family First Dealer Services LLC (FFDS) has added several new products to its F&I product portfolio. The F&I product provider and income development firm now offers tire-and-wheel protection, a five-in-one combo product called Complete Protection, key replacement and a 60-day satisfaction guarantee.
Company officials said the new offerings offer unique features, competitive pricing and provide strong value-added options to its agent and dealer base.
“Following a strong year for FFDS and our partners in 2012, and based on their feedback, we are adding to an already strong product offering,” said Tony Wanderon, Family First’s CEO. “FFDS’ cornerstone products remain our industry-first Trade-In Protection negative-equity protection product and our Guaranteed Asset Protection program. At FFDS, we believe in uniqueness and flexibility. Our new product additions embody both. Our focus is to bring unique and different products to the market and provide our partners exclusive markets territories so that they do not have to worry about selling against themselves.”
Complete Protection combines tire-and-wheel protection, paintless dent repair, 24-hour roadside assistance, windshield protection and optional key protection. The company’s 60-day satisfaction guarantee allows car buyers to return their vehicle to the original selling dealers between 30 and 60 days. In exchange, the customer receives the vehicle purchase prices plus sales tax paid, less any rebate, discounts and a usage fee of 50 cents per mile.
“Thinking outside-the-box and putting our partners first is what we are all about,” said Zack Matta, director of product for FFDS. “Thanks to many new strategic partnerships, and our deep commitment to the industry, we are very excited about the future.”
