JACKSON, Tenn. — Training expert Tom Gray has launched www.tomgraysolutions.com, a Website to promote his independent consultations and training services available to business owners and managers in the motorsport, powersport, and watersport industries.

A nine-year veteran trainer and former Assurant Solutions national sales trainer of the year, Gray has provided education, guidance, and tailored profitability solutions to thousands of successful clients nationwide.

The new website, www.tomgraysolutions.com, offers a wide spectrum of original training and consulting programs that visitors will soon be able to sample in the form of free mini-presentations. The modular design of the sessions allows them to be used individually when specialized focus is desirable, or blended into a carefully tailored series to suit a unique combination of needs.

The programs deal with the full range of challenges — from basic steps to successful selling, through closing and follow-up. They incorporate methodologies and techniques based on Gray's own insights, observations and experience. They can be administered in a classroom setting or through personal on-site training and consulting, where Gray teaches by example, approaching random visitors to the client's showroom.

"If a picture is worth a thousand words, a hands-on demonstration is often worth a thousand lectures," Gray said. "The proof is in the profitability my clients enjoy as a result of their Tom Gray experience."

Gray's expertise regarding the sales of powersport merchandise is based on firsthand product knowledge as well as years of professional training. His personal history as an avid enthusiast, collector, and restorer of vintage and classic motorcycles, and a longtime, rally-attending member of the Antique Motorcycle Club of America, have given him great familiarity with a variety of powersport vehicles and the people who purchase and enjoy them.

An AFIP-certified finance and insurance professional, Gray has served as district sales manager, training specialist, and national sales trainer for Assurant, and has received numerous awards and recognition in addition to the prestigious Trainer of the Year award.

His relevant educational credits include numerous course certifications from the Wilson Learning Corporation and Dale Carnegie Training Institute. Gray has packaged his proven training techniques into a comprehensive series of convenient presentations that address ways to overcome issues that impede profitability.
