Jason works with dealerships through in-store consulting, offsite consulting, statement analysis, training and field agenda and general dealership operations support.
Jason will lead the fixed operations training which provides a variety of courses on the many aspects of fixed operations.
Jason brings 25 years of experience in the automotive industry. He is a former Director of Operations at a large dealership group. He oversaw the day-to-day operations of multiple locations along with a stand-alone collision center for fixed operations as well as variable operations.
