Michelle Richards Joins DealerTrack as V.P. of Operations
Melville, NY -- DealerTrack Inc. has appointed Michelle Richards as vice president of operations. She brings more than a decade of experience in the business to this newly created position, which will entail supervising customer care, customer service, data operations, fulfillment and product utilization.

already achieved a reputation for providing its customers with top-level personal attention. Michelle will be focused on ensuring that we continue to
enhance our service to customers while maintaining operational excellence."
Richards, who started out at UPS, comes from Webalg Inc., where she was the director of information services and automotive finance software. The company, formed
via an affiliation of JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Automotive Lease Guide (alg) LLC, was acquired by DealerTrack Inc. in January 2002.
