KINGSTON, Penn. – The Penn Warranty Corporation and Prime Auto Care Inc. (collectively, “Company”) announced the addition of Brian Cosgrove to the Company’s executive leadership team. Mr. Cosgrove will succeed Jude Tuma, the Company’s current President and CEO, on January 20.

Tuma, who has led the Company since 2008, will step down as President and CEO effective January 20th but will remain with the Company in an advisory capacity during the leadership transition. “It has been a privilege to lead this great organization for more than a decade now,” said Tuma. “While I am excited to be able to pursue new opportunities, I am also looking forward to watching the company continue to grow under Brian’s capable leadership. I know I am leaving it in good hands.”

Cosgrove comes to the Company after several years leading Preferred Warranties, Inc., a vehicle service contract company, as its President.
