“I am extremely pleased that Brian has agreed to step into a leadership role with the company,” said J.T. Fitzgerald, President and CEO of Kingsway Financial Services, Inc. (“Kingsway”), the Company’s parent organization. “Brian brings with him a proven leadership track record and a deep understanding of the industry in which we operate. He is uniquely qualified to lead the business in its next phase of growth, and I could not be more excited to welcome him to the Kingsway family of companies. I do want to personally thank Jude for his hard work in putting the company in a strong position for future growth, and I wish him the best in his future endeavors.”

Tuma, who has led the Company since 2008, will step down as President and CEO effective January 20th but will remain with the Company in an advisory capacity during the leadership transition. “It has been a privilege to lead this great organization for more than a decade now,” said Tuma. “While I am excited to be able to pursue new opportunities, I am also looking forward to watching the company continue to grow under Brian’s capable leadership. I know I am leaving it in good hands.”

“I’m honored to be joining this great organization,” Cosgrove said. “The opportunity to work with this talented team of professionals, and to do so within the Kingsway organization, is what every leader hopes for.”

Cosgrove comes to the Company after several years leading Preferred Warranties, Inc., a vehicle service contract company, as its President.
