Service Contract Provider and Flagship Insurer seek new TPA relationships

TULSA, Okla. — Old Republic Insured Automotive Services, Inc. (ORIAS), a leading provider of aftermarket products to the automotive industry, is announcing its plan for expansion in the Third Party Administrator (TPA) arena through its insurer, Old Republic Insurance Company.

Old Republic Insurance Company, which has a long history of providing insurance for OEM finance and insurance products, is expanding its presence in the marketplace to include underwriting and compliance support for unaffiliated TPAs seeking an insurance partner.

"Old Republic Insurance Company is our flagship insurer and has successfully delivered a wide array of aftermarket products to automobile dealers and carmakers for many years," Gary Bishop, President of ORIAS, said. "During the last decade, we have provided insurance for several GAP and ancillary product administrators, which has been a rewarding experience for all parties. As a result, Old Republic is well positioned to expand its Vehicle Service Contract relationships beyond the OEM market by partnering with successful third party warranty administrators."
