CHICAGO — Service Payment Plan Inc. (SPP) introduced SPP University, an online resource that provides F&I professionals with access to sales training that instructs them how to sell vehicle service contract payment plans.

“I am excited to offer the SPP University to help F&I Professionals sell more service contracts. In today’s lending environment, our zero percent interest payment plans have helped dealers increase their service contract sales. This resource will help them learn more ways to target and close prospects by utilizing our payment plans,” said Robert Hymen, president of SPP. “We want our partners to leverage the ‘Power of Zero’ to increase their service contract sales.”

SPP has aggregated sales best practices from thousands of dealers so all F&I professionals can benefit from these sales techniques. By providing this resource online, SPP’s dealers have the ability to log-on at their convenience to access the SPP University. Answers to questions or a quick refresher on SPP’s interest-free payment plans are only a mouse click away.

“The SPP University is one more example of how we provide the sales tools to help our service contract administrator and dealer partners increase service contract sales,” said Remberto Del Real, director of sales and marketing for SPP. “We will continue to add content and grow the site to make the SPP University the leading service contract interest-free payment plan sales training site.”
